Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating a FormsDock account or submitting data through a form hosted on FormsDock, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@formdock.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FormsDock to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email or other forms of spam.
  • Phish, scam, or otherwise defraud end users.
  • Collect sensitive personal data without a lawful basis.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service.
  • Use the service in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice; the change applies to the next billing cycle.

Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on paid plans and 99.0% on the free plan. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a manner that poses a security risk. Where practical, we will give advance notice and an opportunity to cure.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
