FormsDock engages the third parties listed below to deliver the service. We notify all customers at least 14 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor.

How to object

Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable grounds related to data protection. Email dpo@formdock.app within 14 days of our change-notification email. We will work in good faith to resolve the objection, including discussing an alternative subprocessor or contract terms.
